Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless otherwise stated below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@waranvil.eu. Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Custom-made / Made-to-order products
Our products are 3D printed to order after a purchase is placed.
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly customized. This includes 3D printed miniatures that are produced specifically for an individual order.
If you are unsure whether a product qualifies as made to order, please contact us before placing your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible for return), and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order includes items that are not made to order, and the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
This statutory right does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order products as described above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
