1. Production & Order Processing
  • Made-to-Order Manufacturing: Because our products are 3D printed and finished after a purchase is placed, production begins only after your payment has been successfully processed.
  • Timeline: Our standard estimated production and processing time is 3–7 business days before dispatch. Larger orders may take longer to produce.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following European Union countries:
  • Finland
  • Germany
  • Sweden
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@waranvil.eu before placing your order to see if we can accommodate a custom delivery quote.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are dynamically calculated during the checkout process based on your destination country, order size, and weight.
  • Carrier Services: We partner with trusted postal and courier networks. Your available shipping options and rates will be displayed clearly before you finalize your payment.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been manufactured and handed over to our shipping carriers, estimated transit times are as follows:
  • Finland: 1–4 business days
  • Other supported EU countries (Germany/Sweden): 3–10 business days
⚠️ Please note that transit times are estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasonal volumes, weather events, or tracking issues beyond our control.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
  • Contact Us: If your tracking number shows no movement or your package is significantly delayed, please reach out immediately at info@waranvil.eu. We will open an official investigation with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
6. Address Accuracy & Redelivery
  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address at checkout.
  • Failed Deliveries: WarAnvil is not liable for lost shipments, incorrect deliveries, or additional redelivery fees resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address data provided by the buyer.
